Colwyn Bay gets set to delight residents and visitors tonight (Tuesday 5th November) as the annual Bonfire and Fireworks display gets underway.

The event supported by the Bay of Colwyn Town Council takes place in Eirias Park and is a family friendly and safe alternative to home displays. Safety concerns have seen many shops and supermarkets refuse to stock fireworks after firework related accidents continue to make the headlines.

The bonfire is set to be lit from around 7.15pm with the display beginning at 7.30pm. Half the money raised will be going to support local charities from within the Bay of Colwyn area.
