North Wales Police are appealing for witnesses following an altercation between three men on the junction of Llandudno Road and Church Road in Rhos on Sea.

The incident happened on Monday 19th December at around 5.40pm and involved two men on dark coloured mountain bikes and one man in a small van.

We would like to speak to two men in connection with this incident, with one being described as around 5ft 9/10” tall, slim build, short black cropped hair, stubble and wearing a green and lilac raincoat, black pants and black trainers.

The other man is described as around 5ft 6” tall, slim build, short black cropped hair, and wearing a full black Nike tracksuit.
