Colwyn Bay FC has announced today that Assistant Manager Mark Orme has stepped down from his role at the club.
Mark was manager Craig Hogg's first addition to the club when the Bay returned home to join the Welsh football pyramid.
Mark, who holds a UEFA A licence coaching badge, said: "When I joined Colwyn Bay last year I said at the time it was an opportunity I couldn't turn down, and I stood by that., but the last few months have given me time to refocus on what I want to do.
"I feel my strengths are within player and coach development and that is something I have a real passion for. Working within sporting education on a daily basis is also where I see my full time career and that now requires my complete attention.
"Thank you to all at Colwyn Bay FC for the last 14 months, particularly Craig and Neil, who it has been a pleasure to work with, as well as a superb group of players. I wish everyone at the club all the best for next season and beyond."
Craig Hogg commented: "Mark has been a brilliant assistant manager and a good servant to the club since he came into the post and he will certainly be missed.
"His decision to step down is understandable, and is one all at the club support, as he now looks to embark on a career in player development and coach education.
"We have been personal friends for over 15 years and that won't change. I thank him personally for the work he has done within his role for us all at the Bay. We wish him well indeed."
The manager added: "An announcement on additions to the back room staff will be made before we return to pre-season action."
