Colwyn Bay Football Club has announced that it has new major shareholders, Jody and Carly Johnson from The Blue Turtle Group.
They bought out shares from Dave and Brian TItchiner whose construction company supported the club for many years.
A spokesperson for Colwyn Bay FC said: "The club wishes to thank Dave and Brian for all they have done over many years and they have ensured a brilliant legacy for the club.
Carly said: “Today marks a new chapter.
“I’m proud to announce that we have officially become the major shareholders of Colwyn Bay Football Club.
“This club has a rich history, a passionate fan base, and untapped potential and we are honoured to be part of its future.
“Football is more than a game, it’s about community, ambition, and legacy.
“Our vision is to build on the club’s proud traditions while driving it forward with investment, innovation, and integrity.
“This is a long term commitment, and we’re here to grow together.

Colwyn Bay mark their return back to the JD Cymru Premier from the start of August.
