'Cake for Care' fundraiser for children's hospices raise £15,000

Children's hospices TÅ· Gobaith and Hope House are thrilled to announce over £15,000 raised thanks to the recent Let's Eat Cake campaign.

With support from Henllan Craft Bakers, the community came together through coffee mornings and bake sales in May to fund care for children with life-threatening conditions.

Lead fundraiser Sian Golding expressed gratitude to all who participated in turning cake into care.

“We just love our Let’s Eat Cake campaign and can’t thank Henllan Craft Bakers enough for being this year’s sponsor.

“By hosting an event, people are really showing they care and are contributing to us helping seriously ill children and families to live their best lives and make precious lasting memories. It really does turn cake into care.

“Thank you so much to everybody who took part by hosting, tasting and donating.”
