The beginning of the school holidays have proved to be busy for the Llandudno Coastal Rescue Team as the area begins to fill with visitors and local families.
A spokesperson for the team said: "We've been involved in two major incidents along with our colleagues at Rhyl Coastguard Rescue Team, North Wales Police and RNLI Rhyl. Both incidents were of a sensitive nature but were successfully resolved.
"We have once again been over to West Shore, Llandudno with our colleagues from Conwy Lifeboat advising numerous people about the dangers of the sandbanks on an incoming tide.
"Saturday found us at Colwyn Bay fire station open day where we met many members of the public and colleagues from North Wales Fire and Rescue Service. We have even managed to fit in some training!"
If you are injured or you become aware of anyone who is injured or distressed around the coast please call 999 and ask for the Coastguard.
