The number of new confirmed cases of Coronavirus Covid-19 has risen by an extra 13 in Wales during the past 24 hours, a total of 149 cases
However identifying which areas new cases have been reported from is now impossible as Public Health Wales are no longer providing breakdowns by county.
So far one case has been recorded in Conwy and none in Denbighshire although the current situation now remains unclear. Testing is now only conducted in hospitals meaning that the true picture of the outbreak may be difficult to estimate.
Dr Robin Howe, Incident Director for the coronavirus outbreak response at Public Health Wales, said: “Thirteen new cases have tested positive for novel coronavirus (Covid-19) in Wales, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 149 - although the true number of cases is likely to be higher".
