Could it be '5-in-a-row' for high flying Seagulls?

Colwyn Bay will hope to make it five league wins in a row when Corwen come to the 4 Crosses Arena on Friday (March 6th).

A Friday win would briefly move them into second place above Flint Town United in the JD Cymru North, albeit having played more games. Manager Craig Hogg, however, says that is not in his mind.

"The league table will look after itself. This is just another game we want to win and we'll be doing our best to do that," he said. Hopefully we can finish the season strongly and see where that takes us."

After struggling early in the season, Corwen have done well since making new signings in January and have lost only once in their last five games (three draws and a win) to move eight points clear of bottom place.

"It will be a different team to the one we beat in the league and Welsh Cup earlier in the season, but then we made good signings in January as well, so it will be different challenge for them too," said Hogg.

Kick off is at 7.45pm.
