Hospitality and leisure businesses across Conwy and Denbighshire are being reminded that claims for lost profits caused by Omicron need to be submitted by 4pm on February 14th.
The Welsh Government introduced the Emergency Business Fund to support businesses principally in the hospitality, tourism, retail and leisure sectors with cash flow support and to help them survive the economic consequences of restrictions put in place to control the spread of Covid-19 by the First Minister in his announcement on 22nd December 2021.
The grants will also support supply chain businesses for these four sectors that can demonstrate a material impact of greater than 40% drop in turnover to their enterprises as a result of the additional restrictions.
Eligable Conwy business can make a claim ahead of the February deadline by visiting https://www.conwy.gov.uk/en/Business/COVID-Business-Grants-January-2022.
