For the second time this season Andy Coughlin saved an injury time penalty to help a much depleted Colwyn Bay side secure a 1-0 away victory at Llanrhaeadr YM.
Alex Downes got the only goal of the game following a corner, but Coughlin made two or three excellent saves to keep his side in front before diving to his left to beat away George Mitten's late penalty.
It was an excellent win for the Bay who had to into the game with eight squad players ruled out by suspension, illness and injury.
Conditions were very difficult with a strong wind and an awful pitch that was more like a farmers field with several inches of grass on it.
There was a debut for young Beau Cornish, who did well in midfield alongside Kian Owen and another teenager Callum Parry got a full 90 minutes up front without really getting a clear chance.
