The Bay begin their pre-season preparations away to Bangor 1876 today - a game which has been designated as an FAW Test Event for the safe return of supporters.

One hundred home fans will be present at Bangor University’s Treborth playing fields and it will be the first time the Seagulls will have played in front of supporters since the 2-0 win over Corwen at the Four Crosses Arena in March 2020.

This will be the first ever meeting between the Bay and Bangor 1876, formed in 2019 by members of the Bangor City FC Supporters Association.

Bangor 1876 will play in the fourth tier North Wales Coast West Football League Premier Division next season and their recent new recruits include former Bangor City player Chris Jones, who had a short spell with the Bay.
