North Wales Police say they have concerns for the 14-year-old, who is missing from the Llandudno area. Officers in West Conwy are attempting to locate his whereabouts to ensure he is safe and well. 

Anyone with information which could help trace his location or movements  is urged to get in touch with the force on 101.
