Community and Voluntary Support Conwy (CVSC) are looking for people who live in Conwy who have used services provided by Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board, Conwy County Borough Council and/or the third sector to help make decisions on improving a more integrated, user focused service.

CVSC would like to hear your experiences and stories of using these services. They would also like to hear from families and carers of those receiving this service, as well as those working within the third sector.

Over time, CVSC say theat they will be using a number of different methods to collect the information including surveys, individual and group interviews as well as listening sessions.

At the current time they won’t be holding physical sessions to collect the data, but will have a number of ways for people to interact including online, over the telephone and by post. CVSC also have a number of electronic devices which can be borrowed to take part online.
