Last call for charity hospice screening of Love Actually

Here's a last minute call to join St David’s Hospice this holiday season for a special screening of the award-winning Christmas classic Love Actually.

Tomorrow evening (Friday 3rd December), St David’s Hospice will be showing the romantic comedy at Theatr Colwyn.

Winner of the BAFTA Film Award, love is all around as the story follow the lives of eight very different couples in dealing with their love lives in various loosely interrelated tales all set during a frantic month before Christmas in London.

Adrian Owen, Conwy Community Fundraiser for the Hospice explains:

“ It’s a heart-warming Christmas film and an ideal way to get into the festive spirit. On the evening you will be greeted with a welcome drink and a mince pie, plus there will be a lucky dip to win some fantastic prizes to win in the interval.

All profits go to St Davids Hospice, a local charity providing free hospice care to adult patients across Conwy, Gwynedd and Anglesey living with a life limiting illness and those in need of end-of-life care.

Tickets cost £12.50 (includes drink and mince pie). The film is rated 15.
