Man wanted after Llandudno Junction incident

Police in North Wales are appealing for information to locate a man from Llandudno who is currently wanted on a warrant and for breaching a Domestic Abuse Protection Order.

Callum Nicholas Jones, 38, is reported to have made off from a property in the Maes Derw area of Llandudno Junction yesterday morning when officers attended the address.

Enquiries are ongoing to trace his whereabouts, and members of the public are being urged to come forward with any information that may assist. Anyone who has seen Jones, or knows where he may be, is asked to contact police via the live chat service online or by calling 101, quoting reference O060962.

The incident is one of many faced daily by response officers across the region, as part of the wide-ranging and often unpredictable nature of their role.

As part of #ResponsePolicing week, North Wales Police are highlighting the vital work carried out by frontline officers, who are frequently the first to respond to incidents of all kinds, from crime and emergencies to safeguarding vulnerable individuals.

Much of this work goes unseen, but includes supporting people in crisis, protecting communities, conducting proactive patrols, managing critical incidents and providing life-saving first aid where required.

The awareness week aims to recognise the demanding and essential role response officers play across North Wales, every hour of every day.
