Andrew RT Davies has returned as Conservative leader in the Senedd following the resignation of Paul Davies,  and has been quick to appoint his shadow cabinet which includes a Conwy member.

Mr. Davies took responsibility for the role after Paul Davies and Clwyd West MS Darren Millar stood down after drinking alcohol in the Senedd a few days after the public were told of alcohol bans.

Yesterday it was announced that Janet Finch Saunders who is member for Aberconwy remains Shadow Minister for Environment, Energy and Rural Affairs. 

North Wales MS Mark Isherwood replaces Darren Millar as Chief Whip and other cabinet appointments include Angela Burns, David Melding, Suzy Davies, Russell George and Laura Anne Jones.
