North Wales Police are currently investigating the death of a 58-year-old man from Llandudno.

Shortly after 10am on Monday, 15 December, officers responded to concerns for the safety of a male in the Nant-y-Gamar Road area of the town.

The man was subsequently transferred to hospital where, sadly, he later died.

Enquiries to establish the circumstances of the man's death remain ongoing.

A local male was arrested on suspicion of assault in connection with this incident and has since been released on police bail.
