Police refresh appeal for witnesses after woman hit by coach

North Wales Police are appealing for witnesses and information after a woman sustained serious life-changing injuries following a collision in Llandudno last month.

At approximately 15:50hrs on Saturday, July 20th, officers were called to reports of a road traffic collision on Deganwy Avenue involving a coach and a pedestrian.

The pedestrian, a 64-year-old woman remains at hospital in Stoke being treated for her injuries.

PC Liam Gray of the Roads Crime Unit is urging anybody who may have witnessed the collision to contact officers.

He said: “We’d like to thank all those who have already contacted us, however we are particularly keen to speak with the driver of a white vehicle that was travelling along Deganwy Avenue from the direction of Gloddaeth Street heading towards Lloyd Street around the time of the collision.

“We are also asking anybody who may have dash cam or CCTV footage from the general area of the collision to contact us as soon as possible to assist with our ongoing investigation.”
