North Wales Police have concerns for missing person, Cameron, who is 18 years old.

Cameron was last sighted on the 28th of November in the Min-Y-Don, Abergele area, and has links to the Colwyn Bay area as well as Kirby/Merseyside and South Wales (particulary Cardiff) areas.
