Report: Health Board still failing to meet key care targets

Betsi Cadwaladr Health Board will remain in special measures at level 5 due to on-going challenges in performance, according to the latest progress report from April to June.

Despite receiving additional funding to tackle long wait times for care, the health board still struggles to meet targets.

Urgent improvements are needed in planned and emergency care services, as well as cancer performance.
