An un-named 16-year-old from Bangor appeared at Magistrates Court in Llandudno earlier today, and was charged with the offence of wounding with intent, and possessing a weapon.

The charges stem from a serious assault on Llandegai Road on Tuesday evening. The injured teenager is now in a serious condition at hospital in Stoke.

North Wales Police are appealing to the public not to share footage of the incident on social media, to avoid interfering with legal proceedings.
