Mental Health Moments with Conwy Mind

June 07, 2021 - 1870 views

Once again it has been my absolute pleasure to revisit our earlier chat with Rachel, Dawn and Natasha from Conwy Mind about how they might help you overcome any issues or problems your mental health.

The Covid lockdowns and the subsequent impact on our lives has been very difficult for many of us and feeling low to the point that it becomes dominant and depressing is something that is definately worth sharing with friends and family who may be able to help with words of advice or reassurance. It's good to talk and share!

But what happens when you feel that you need additional help to overcome your feelings when they begin to dominate your life? Conwy Mind can help and it's good to know they offer their services for free to people in the Conwy area struggling at this very challenging time.

Please take a listen to my podcast chat and I hope you will find something in here which may help you on your mental health journey to recovery. Also, keep listening to Bayside Radio for advice and help in our series of Mental Health Moments playing out across the schedule.

Here are some of the things that that were discussed...
