The body of a man has been recovered following a major search operation at an Eryri lake.
Emergency services were called to Llyn Geirionydd, above Trefriw, on Sunday evening after concerns were raised for a person in the water.
A large-scale search was launched involving North Wales Police, North Wales Fire and Rescue Service, HM Coastguard and specialist search teams.
Police have now confirmed that a body has been recovered from the 45-acre lake.
It is understood that formal identification has yet to take place, but the man's next of kin have been informed and are being supported by officers.
North Wales Police said the death is not being treated as suspicious and a report will be prepared for the Coroner.
Llyn Geirionydd remained the focus of extensive search activity over recent days, with emergency services carrying out searches of the water and surrounding area.
The recovery brings a sad conclusion to the operation, which attracted significant attention across the Conwy Valley and wider North Wales community.
