Huge Good Friday game for the Bay in relegation battle

March 28, 2024 - 241 views

It's a massive Good Friday game for the Seagulls when they play bottom two rivals Aberystwyth Town at the Four Crosses Arena with a 12:30pm kick-off.

Victory for Colwyn Bay could lift them out of the relegation places if Haverfordwest can pull off a victory at Pontypridd United, so they are hoping good local support to help them over the line.

The Seagulls already have two victories over Aberystwyth under their belts this season, winning 1-0 away, with a Matty Hill goal, last month and 3-1 at home in September with goals from Tommy Creamer, Dan Jones and Udi Akpan – although Aber did win 1-0 at their ground in January.

Tommy Creamer will miss this week’s game after his two yellow cards in the 5-0 defeat at Penybont last time out.
