North Wales could face strong winds from Storm Floris on Monday into Tuesday.
A yellow warning has been issued by the Met Office.
Scotland will experience the strongest winds, with gusts reaching 60-70mph inland and up to 85mph along exposed coasts and hills.
The winds are expected to ease in the west on Monday, but will remain strong overnight until early Tuesday in the east. Heavy rain may also cause disruption.
All North Wales counties are expected to experience effects of the storm at some point during the start of the week.
