A fire broke out last night on Ty Gwyn Road in Llandudno, causing significant damage to a house.

The road was closed and access remains limited today.

Three fire engines from North Wales Fire and Rescue responded to the incident and were able to bring it under control in the early hours of this morning.

Whilst the extent of the damage is still being assessed, social media images show that the fire at the front of the property was intense.
