Conwy Borough Council have today confirmed that the flyover linking Llandudno Junction and Conwy is now open after extensive refurbishment and repair work has been carried out.

A spokesperson for the council said: "Llandudno Junction flyover is now reopened in both directions. The inside lane of the Weekly News roundabout is closed but all entrances and exits are open.

"Thank you for your patience while this essential maintenance work has been carried out. We are pleased to say that originally work on the flyover was scheduled to finish on 20 July".
