Sam Rowlands, the leader of Conwy Council is set to stand down from his position at Conwy County Borough Council's AGM later this week.

After news of his success at securing a regional seat for the Conservatives in last week's Senedd elections, much speculation has been made of Councillor Rowlands' next steps.
