Detectives in North Wales Police are investigating an incident involving a white vehicle being driven in the Morfa Avenue area of Kinmel Bay over the Bank Holiday Weekend.
It was reported that on Sunday 27th August 2023 around 9.15pm, a driver approached two females in the area.
Police have concerns about the behaviour of the driver and have now reached out to other people in the vicinity to get in touch if they have any information leading to the indentification of the person involved.
