Police are appealing for help to find a 16-year-old girl who has gone missing from the Llandrillo yn Rhos area.
Chloe was last seen on Monday, September 28, and officers are asking anyone who may have seen her or knows where she is to get in touch.
Chloe is around 5ft 7ins tall and has blonde hair with blue underneath, which she was wearing in a ponytail. She is believed to be wearing a blue jacket, work trousers and boots, along with a baseball cap and a grey backpack.
She also has eyebrow and ear piercings.
North Wales Police is asking anyone who has seen Chloe, or has information about where she may be, to contact officers via the force's live webchat or by calling 101.
Anyone contacting police is asked to quote reference PID 328.
