North Wales Police are seeking witnesses to a serious crash which happened yesterday afternoon between Penmachno and the turn off to Betws-y-Coed.
The incident involving a motorcycle happened around 4.45pm with the rider was airlifted to hospital as a result of the crash.
Anyone who witnesses the incident have been asked to contact North Wales Police on 101 quoting reference Y139377.
The condition of the motorcyclist is currently unknown at this time.
