North Wales Police have sadly confirmed this evening that the last body to be identified from waters off the North West of England is that of fisherman Alan Minard.

Mr. Minard, 20, was lost at sea with two other men from the Conwy fishing boat 'Nicola Faith' at the end of January. The bodies of Ross Ballentine and Carl McGrath were identified earlier this month.

The family have been informed and are being supported by specially trained officers.

A statement from North Wales Police said: "The family would like to thank the local community and businesses for their tremendous support and donations, and request that their privacy be respected at this time."

"The thoughts of everyone at North Wales Police remains with the families and friends of the 3 fishermen".
