Easter visitors to Wales' largest national park are being urged to plan their travel to avoid parking chaos or having their cars towed away.
Starting from now until the end of November, those driving to Pen y Pass in the Eryri National Park (Snowdonia National Park) will need to pre-book their parking online.
This measure is being implemented to prevent the traffic mayhem seen in previous years.
Any motorist who ignores the rules and parks illegally on the road will face penalty fines and the possibility of having their cars removed by the police.
Emergency services have struggled to respond to incidents in the past due to roads been impassable or blocked by visting motorists.
