An elderly man is in critical condition after being hit by a car on Charlotte Road in Llandudno shortly after 1pm today. North Wales Police are asking for witnesses to come forward.
The collision involved a Ford Zetec and the pedestrian, who was rushed to hospital. The extent of his injuries is believed to be life-threatening.
Sergeant Duncan Logan of the Serious Collision Investigation Unit is appealing for witnesses. He said: “I am urging anyone who witnessed the collision, anyone who saw the pedestrian or the vehicle shortly beforehand, or anyone who may have relevant dash-cam footage to come forward as soon as possible. Any information, no matter how small, could be vital to the investigation.”
