Councillor Charlie McCoubrey has been once again elected Leader of Conwy County Borough Council.
This followed a vote from elected local councillors after residents went to the polls in the recent local government elections.
Mr. McCoubrey is an independent councillor for the Pensarn Pentre Mawr ward and was previously Conwy's nominated Leader following Sam Rowlands election to the Senedd as a Conservative MS.
The council also elected Councillor Ifor Lloyd as its Chair and Councillor Susan Shotter as Vice-Chair at the annual meeting this morning.
The Leader will announce who be part of his Cabinet and which portfolios they will hold in due course.
