Colwyn Bay FC hit the Welsh Cup trail on Saturday

Colwyn Bay face Cardiff Met in Round Four of the Welsh Cup on Saturday in what will be their biggest game since returning to Welsh football.

The Seagulls’ average home attendances this season is over 680 and the club hope for another big crowd at the 4 Crosses Arena against the Cymru Premier side.

Colwyn Bay chairman Neil Coverley said: “The support we’ve had so far this season has been great and the backing from the community has been fantastic.

“We are looking forward to what promises to be a great occasion at the 4 Crosses Arena.”

Colwyn Bay have beaten fellow Cymru North sides Gresford Athletic and Ruthin Town to reach the last 16 while Cardiff Met beat Barry Town 3-0 in the previous round.

Admission prices, which will also apply for Registered Supporters and Season Ticket holders under Welsh Cup rules, are Adults; £8 (Concessions: £4); Students (With proof of ID): £4; Under-16s: £3; Under-12s: £2. The clubhouse will be open from 11.30am and kick off is 12.45pm.
