Colwyn Bay look to extend their unbeaten record

The Seagulls defend the only remaining unbeaten record in the JD Cymru North when they travel to Cefn Druids tomorrow (Tuesday Sept 6th, 7:30pm).

Manager Steve Evans, who has added new forward signings Sam Fowles and Jamie Cumming to his squad in the past week, will be looking for his players to continue the form that has produced 15 goals in the last four games, conceding just one, as they look to maintain top spot in the table – and especially with Llandudno not having a game.

Only Penrhyncoch have conceded more goals than Cefn Druids in the league games played so far, with their defeats including a 4-0 loss at Llandudno and 3-0 home reverse to Holywell.

Prestatyn Town have also won at The Rock, but Cefn Druids did win at home against Holyhead Hotspur and they had an excellent 2-1 success away to Ruthin Town.

Manager Neil Ashton has been operating with quite a young squad, but has recently signed Jaden Timmis (ex-Salford City) and full-back Lewis Hill-Smith (previously with Mansfield Town).
