Colwyn Bay will be at home to fellow JD Cymru North side Ruthin Town in the third round of the JD Welsh Cup.
The tie will be played on the weekend of 15/16 November.
The sides last met at the same stage of the competition in September 2021 when Bay won 5-1 at the 4 Crosses Construction Arena.
Ruthin beat Holywell Town in the second round.
