Conwy Archive is moving to a new home in the Conwy Culture Centre next year and as a thank you to the community, they are planning on Open Day in December.
To say goodbye to all who have worked, volunteered and supported their work since 1996 a Farewell Open Day is being held on 13th December 2019.
There will be an exhibition of documents relating to the history of the Old Board School on Lloyd Street that has played such a large part in the lives of so many Llandudno people, along with a display about the new Conwy Culture Centre. There will be opportunities to share memories with staff over a cup of tea or coffee and a cake.
However this will not be the end for the Old Board School, as developers Penderyn and will be on hand to talk about their plans for a bright new future for the building.
Doors will be open at 10am until 4.30pm for visitors to come and remember the past. There is no need to book, everyone is welcome.
