Preparations are underway to re-open Conwy's paddling pools early next month.
Slip tests, cleaning, and pump and filter testing are all part of the process to ensure the pools are ready and safe for visitors.
Despite recent disruptions due to flood defense works, access to the popular Craig y Don paddling pool in Llandudno will soon be improved.
The Craig y Don ammenity is the largest outdoor paddling pool in Wales, complete with a cafe, picnic tables, public toilets and a nearby children's park.
