1,256 new cases of Covid have been reported from across Wales in Monday's update from Public Health Wales. Sadly two Covid related deaths were also reported.
In North Wales cases reached their highest in recent weeks with 386 new cases. Wrexham recorded 114, Flintshire 95, Conwy 68, Denbighshire 37, Gwynedd 36 and Anglesey 36.
Based on cases reported today the North Wales infection rate currently stands at 55.2 cases per 100,000. Conwy has 55 cases per 100,000 versus Wrexham at 83.9.
Based on the last 7 days, Wrexham has the highest infection rate in North Wales.
