A proposed new housing development in Prestatyn is planned to include 390 two-story homes with 30% designated as affordable housing.
This scheme would be located on land adjacent to Plas Newydd Farm, Prestatyn, and is a site which includes areas that have been submitted to Denbighshire County Council for their consideration.
Planners Castle Green say that he development aims to address the need for a mix of affordable and open-market homes in the area.
The site covers an area of 35.7 acres (14.45 hectares), of which 24.15 acres is proposed for the development of new homes, with the remaining land planned to incorporate public open space areas and retain existing mature landscaping.
Financial contributions for local schools and infrastructure will also be provided. Developers say that the project will adhere to high standards and integrate well with the local community.
