The Seagulls have suffered a double blow with top scorer Mitch Bryant leaving the club, while summer signing Kieran Nolan has now decided to remain in England.
Bryant scored 14 goals and had 12 assists in 26 appearances for the Bay last season.
Manager Craig Hogg commented: "I am disappointed, but understand why Mitch has come to his decision. It happens at this level of our game. Mitch has been fantastic for us, but he has now opted to join a club closer to home in England."
"I thank him for what he did for us at Colwyn Bay. I won't forget it and we wish him well."
Craig added: "Midfield player Kieran Nolan has decided to remain within the English system and will not now be joining us.
"We were really looking forward to seeing him in a Bay shirt, but circumstances have now dictated a change in his situation, which is understandable. Both players leave us on good terms and we wish them all the best with their football next season."
