Conwy County Borough Council is asking the public to take a look at the Draft Local Housing Market Assessment (LHMA) and provide feedback.
The LHMA brings a range of information together to provide a picture of the needs for different types of accommodation in the County.
It gives details about the size of households, the types of accommodation needed and household income, as well as information about the housing market, affordable housing, and empty homes in the County.
All the information and evidence in the LHMA is used to inform other documents, including the Council’s Local Development Plan and Local Housing Strategy. It helps the Council and its partners to make informed decisions about future housing provision to make sure there is an appropriate mix of housing available.
A spokesperson for the council said: " Please take a look at the draft LHMA and let us have feedback by completing the questions online."
The survey will be open until 11 March 2024 for comments.
There are also some drop-in sessions to provide feedback and meet staff.
