Colwyn Bay complete their preparations for the new JD Cymru North campaign with a full squad available for the home friendly against Welsh Premier side Flint Town United tomorrow, Saturday July 23rd.
Flint, who finished in the top five of the JD Cymru Premier last year, now have former Coventry City, Huddersfield Town and Wrexham player and ex Radcliffe boss Lee Fowler in charge.
Their new signings include two players with Football League experience and former Bay defender Anthony Stephens, who made over 40 appearances for the Seagulls in the 2013/14 and 2014/15 campaigns before joining Bala Town and helping them to European qualification.
The Bay, of course, have signed Sam Hart and keeper Ryan Woods from Flint during the summer.
The Silkmen already have three pre-season wins against Cymru North opposition in Holywell Town (2-0), Buckley Town (2-1) and Mold Alexandra (3-1) and will provide another strong test for Steve Evans’ squad ahead of next week’s league opener at Llandudno.
There is free entry to the game for Registered Supporters Club members. The game kicks off at 2.30pm.
