North Wales Police and Conwy Council have expressed their upset and disgust after fly-tipping has once again blighted our community, this time in Bryn-y-Maen.
"We are saddened to report an incident of fly-tipping overnight in a lay-by at Bryn y Maen, Colwyn Bay." said local officers. "A joint investigation with Conwy Council has been launched following the incident."
