Bill was a lifelong supporter of the club before becoming club treasurer and then chairman and his contribution is also recognised in name of a stand at the ground.

Colwyn Bay chairman Neil Coverley said: “We wanted to honour and remember these loyal and much missed friends of ours for making our club what it is today. They all worked tirelessly to achieve the best for our club.

“Having their names on boards around the ground will be a  permanent reminder of their contributions and what they mean to this club.”
