North Wales Police have made an urgent appeal for witnesses to a serious road traffic accident on the A470 yesterday evening.
The incident involving two cars which is said to have happened at 6.30pm saw emergency vehicles called to the scene at the junction with Bodnant Gardens on the A470.
Fire crews cut one person out of a vehicle after two cars crashed collided. The injured person was flown to the major trauma unit in Stoke while two others were taken by ambulance to Ysbyty Glan Clwyd. Another person suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene.
Police are asking motorists who witnessed the incident, have dashcam footage or anything of note leading up to the time of the incident to get in touch with their St. Asaph control room by dialing 101 and quoting the reference X123826.
