Free self-defence classes are being offered to women and girls in Conwy County.
The Silent Hands Kung Fu martial arts club are running basic self-defence training and awareness courses from their Llanddulas club at the Youth and Community Centre on Beach Road.
The six week course will begin on Wednesday, October 16th from 6.45pm until 8.45pm and is open to anyone aged 15 and over, regardless of ability or fitness level.
