Visitors to RSPB Conwy will literally be up with the lark this weekend as the very popular Dawn Chorus event returns after a gap of a few years.
From 5.30 early in the morning through to 8.30 on Sunday 1st May, bird spotters and nature enthusiasts will be welcomed to the santuary's serene and beautiful location nestling on the Conwy estuary.
The event which is a national one, is celebrated at RSPB sites across the whole of the UK and has been incredibly popular over the years.
As well as taking in some stunning scenery visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy an early morning coffee and a hot breakfast role to welcome in the day and the start of the Bank Holiday weekend.
Booking is essential and everyone attending is reminded to bring suitable warm clothing as the next few days in Conwy, is expected to be chilly certainly early on the day.
The events will cost members £12.50, and non-members £15.50. Members should bring along their membership cards.
